Yogurt parfaits are a great way to start off your day in the morning or for a sweet afternoon treat on these hot summer days without busting your diet. I have been making them a ton since I have been trying to eat healthier. I find when I eat something healthy in the morning I am more likely to stick with it all day long.
They can be mixed with any fresh fruit you have on hand so its a great way to use up that extra bit of leftovers in the fridge. You guys know I hate to waste. I like to add granola in mine for some extra crunch and texture. It just adds that little extra jazz and my kids love it!
This Strawberry Yogurt Parfait is my son CJ’s favorite. It is a great summer snack idea or yogurt dessert for kids and still keeping it healthy. With help from Yoplait it keeps my kids from eating too many sweets during the day but not sacrificing their sweet tooth craving.

Strawberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 container Yoplait Original Yogurt Strawberry Flavor
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup of granola
Directions:
- Wash and cup up your fresh strawberries
- Start by adding your cut up strawberries to the bottom of your glass or dish
- Next layer your Yoplait Original Yogurt
- Then layer your favorite granola
- Repeat with fresh strawberries, yogurt and granola
- Garnish with a full strawberry or even some whipped cream on top
- Enjoy!
