Paying bills is not a chore I love to do, who does really? Ever since we have moved I have been really buckling down on getting more organized with my bill paying routine.
Being as I am a very visual person, I decided setting up a bill binder would be perfect for me. I could not get on board with the whole paperless bill pay, I need the visual of what comes next and when. My old ways of organizing bills were a little book calendar that I would shove the bills into.
This way of paying bills was not working for me anymore. I needed something cleaner and more organized.
Organize Your Bills with A Bill Binder In Minutes
I grabbed an old binder left over from school supply shopping and got to work.
What You Will Need:
I created this Bill Binder Front Cover with BILL BINDER Spine printable. Loaded it into the bill binder.

Then I used these Avery tab dividers that separate the months out. Making it easy to flip to that section for the right month.
In each month I added a calendar large enough for me to write in. This was essential for me. It mimicked the small calendar I had been using but on a larger scale.
It made it easier to read and more organized inside the bill binder.
I also added in each month a budget printable. That way I can lay everything out each month.
Now, instead of me just throwing the bills into a small book all folded I hole punch them and place them into the bill binder.

It’s all laid out for me! Paying bills became so much easier with the bill binder, I wish I had done this years ago.
Do you think a bill binder will simplify your bill paying each month? What is your favorite way of organizing your bills?
