Myrtle Beach is a great place to visit. It has beautiful beaches, world-class golf courses, friendly people, amazing resorts such as Sands Resorts, tasty seafood and the tallest Ferris wheel on the East Coast. There are also loads of attractions at Myrtle Beach like the Carolina Opry, Ripley’s Aquarium, Medieval Times, Pirate’s Voyage and an upside-down house called WonderWorks.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
This is one of the most beautiful parks in the world. The stunning range of plants and animals at the park will leave you breathless. Whether you want to hike the park or just drive through it, you will be amazed at the stunning beauty on offer. Try to come during fall to be blown away by the explosion of color in the trees.
There is no more historic place in the US than our nation’s capital. The list of historic sites you can visit is long. Some of the must-see attractions include the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Capitol Building, Washington Monument and the Smithsonian. Washington is a great destination for people of all ages.
