Happy Friday and Happy New Year!
Hope everyone had a great few weeks of holiday fun and some amazing family time! These past few weeks as you have noticed I sort of unplugged a bit. We relaxed as a family, enjoyed Christmas and got to spend much needed quality time with family.
Now that we rang in 2015, it’s time to think about some goal setting, organization projects and some New Years resolutions. Over the next few weeks once my kiddos go back to school on Tuesday I will be posting a ton of helpful hints and some printables to help you.

Last year I really focused on the running of my home. I created a home management binder, which helped me ALOT. I was held accountable for my actions and found the more detailed I was the more I felt good about my home and my daily accomplishments. As we approached into the holidays I slacked big time so I can’t wait to sit down this weekend and start a fresh new 2015 binder.
Since the past two weeks I focused on the holidays, shopping really was not my first priority either. Boy did my shopping totals show it. I also want to work on my monthly budget a bit too. My grocery budget will remain the same at $125 per week but the dining out and grabbing quick dinners have sure added up. maybe just holiday laziness but Id love to get that number much lower to use it for paying off the rest of our debt.
Now on to my totals for these past 2 weeks since I missed last week.
Spent – $432.10 (YIKES!)
Saved – $215.77
Feel free to link up and comment on your shopping totals too! Please when linking keep it to a shopping trip post all links to your homepage will be deleted.
Do you have any New Years resolutions for 2015? Leave me a comment below I’d love to hear them too!
