This Crockpot Maple Glazed Pork Loin is really a toss it in, and forget about it and would be perfect for the morning before a marathon shopping trip- Black Friday or Cyber Monday perhaps?

My husband hates when I do anything he calls “fancy” to good, simple recipes. I was taking a big risk putting maple syrup on this I knew that. Thankfully he actually loved it and raved about the flavor, plus he is a huge bacon fan so the back that the pork loin is wrapped in bacon didn’t hurt. So we now have a new favorite fall dish in the house.
