If you have never been, it is a two day indoor event that is geared towards children 12 and under. They are so much for the kids to do! Such as bounce houses, bounce slides, meet and greets with characters, story time, live shows, petting zoo and so much more. There is something to do for all ages and it is such a relaxing day to beat the heat in South Florida.
This year my older children were thrilled they would finally meet their idol’s. My son who I am sure as many of you know is obsessed with Spider-Man and Iron Man. When we told him we were finally going to meet them, his face was priceless. One of those faces that make every mom and dad’s heart melt. When we got there shortly after it opened we raced over to where they were and he was so excited. He is a very shy child but I was amazed how he went right up to them gave them a hug. Spider-Man and Iron Man were wonderful with him. They made him feel so special. It is a day he will never forget.
My daughter finally got to meet her Sleeping Beauty. She was one she had never met before and absolutely jumped for joy when it was her turn to go up and say hi to the best princess ever. After we had gotten a few meet and greets out of the way it was time to walk around and check everything else out.
The kids enjoyed bouncing on bounce houses, riding in Ford trucks, going down inflatable slides and my daughter tried out a gymnastics company that was there. Every single booth had some sort of a treat for the kids which I always like to see. While I was collecting information they were occupied with the favor they were handing out. There were some great companies there this year.
We rounded out the day with a walk through the petting zoo. My youngest son’s favorite, animals.
This event never disappoints my kids! It is a nice way for us to stay local and still have a family day outing with the kids. They all got into the car and were thrilled with the day.
What I love most is this event does not break the bank. Kids 12 and under tickets are only $5 but you can print free tickets off their website. We have done this every year from what I remember. Adults are $8 and they usually offer a location you can go before the event to get a half price adult ticket. The all-day wrist bands are $10 each child this is good for all the inflatables and let me tell you there are a TON of inflatables to keep them busy.
Disclosure: I was provided one of the products for free to complete my review. I was not compensated in any other way. All opinions are 100% mine.
