About a month ago I broke down and ordered the beauty must have post. All Nighter Liquid Foundation after I had heard all the hype abut it. You guys know I am a sucker for Urban Decay and am a HUGE fan of their Naked Skin foundation. I talked about that in my last
Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation Review – The Pros and The Cons
The Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation is a completely matte full coverage and I mean full coverage foundation! You nee a very easy hand with this and less is more with this product. It covers almost everything from red spots to acne and to even fine lines.
No need to build up with this foundation because one pump is really all it takes to make your face flawless. I found using a damp beauty blender is the best way to apply it for flawless coverage.
The Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation comes in 24 shades which is fantastic for all skin tones. They include all sorts of undertones as well for the perfect shade.
The only issue I had with choosing a shade so make sure you test this in a store before purchasing. I went ahead and ordered it online and ordered the shade 3.25 as that is what I am in for their Naked Skin Foundation. It was lighter than I thought, the color was clearly off from what I needed since the Naked Skin is a perfect match on my face. On the days I do not have a tan it does look better.
Instead of returning it I kept it to mix into my Naked Skin foundation to get the fuller coverage but it is not as light.
Best part for me it’s waterproof! This baby is not going anywhere and lasts all day even in the hotter days here in South Florida.
Now the price, The Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation is a little bit steep at $40 for me but with this one since all you have to use is the tiniest amount it will last a very long time. The price was worth it to me for that reason. Especially if you are mixing it with another foundation for the coverage it will last even longer.
The only true cons for me was the first few times I used it I went a little heavy. I did not realize the true coverage it offered. It caked up around my fine lines pretty quickly so again ladies use a very small amount. The second con for me was the Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation was the oxidation. Throughout the day it would become darker which was fine for me since I bought it lighter on accident. By a few hours it looks slight darker than I would like but it still looks blended into my skin.
My advice when purchasing try the swatch in the store keep it on for a few hours and see what it does. The coverage is so amazing I can deal with the cons!
Keep in mind if you have dry skin this might not work for you because the formula is a matte and full coverage. My skin is on the oilier side but I am a true combination skin girl.
