4th of july

Happy Friday guys!

Well this was a bit of an off week for me with shopping, thank goodness the weather held up most of the week. I was able to run to grab a few deals from Publix, Target and Winn Dixie. I do not shop normally at Winn Dixie but they were having a great sale on a few things we needed for our big 4th of July bash

I will be featuring a few fun recipes from my 4th of July recipe roundup. I love to serve food and drinks with a theme so almost everything I am doing will be red, white and blue. The kids are so excited to have their friends over for the day and we rented a water slide bounce house for all the kids that they do not know about yet. I love throwing parties like this! Its so nice to get together with family and friends.

I was just over my normal budget but since I budgeted separate money for the party the $40 I was over just came from that separate envelope. The savings was not as high as I would have liked but a lot of my things this week was things I do not normally purchase.

Here are my shopping totals including some 4th of July totals for this week:

Spent – $138.62

Saved – $87.11
